Charging problem C350e

Ive got a c350e mercedes and when the home charger is plug to my car it is not charging. only the power indicator is on. Any idea where the problem is?

Hiya have you tried to charge it at a public charge point. To eliminate the cars electronic side of things ? If that works ok then you can assume it's the charger it's self .

I hope it's only your charging cable . Although there not cheap.
Fingers crossed it's only the fuse in the plug

I tried the charger on another car. It is not working

Maybe, hopefully you might be able to get it repaired. At least you know now it's the charger and not the car

I’ve got a 2016 c350e and my mb plug charger isn’t working. Any advice on how/ where to repair? Have been struggling to find any thing.
