(Yes that is “happy birthday” wrapping paper...). It is the passenger side so if he was a bit too close to the curb a pedestrian would come out very badly... front tyre completely bald on the outside as well...

Just havn't got the colour match quite right have they

Do you remember years ago when we had body work done ?. The match looked OK in the daylight but when you parked it under a Yellow street light at night it looked like a different colour altogether

It’s quite wet here today so I expect paper mache is what they have.
If it dries up this afternoon, I’ll take a walk to check on it

Still the birthday paper is pretty durable as it’s not disintegrated with the raid we’ve had
