I have a personalised number with 2 numbers which read 55 on the plate
Would they be worth more if I fiited a plate to my wife's car with 555 with exactly the same letters??? So we would have a pair!
Thanks

I remember my Dad having a great number back in the 70's, it was on an old scrap car and he was told that he was unable to use or transfer the number unless he could get the car MOTd. I just found someone is using the same number!

I once saw VOL 110S on one of those antique dealer Volvo Estates, the two 1's were tilted to look like a V and there was virtually no spacing. It looked really impresive but I've always wondered if he had any bother from Plod.

Hi Guys,
I have M30RCK on retention, any idea how much it is worth, was previously on my C class 200 (97 model). Looking to sell if anyone is interested.

A word of warning about mis-spacing: the DVLA retains the right to withdraw a plate if it is mis-spaced. The police have the option of dealing with it as a fixed penalty (which is recorded), or sending it to court. If it goes to court, the DVLA is informed. If they withdraw the plate, you don't get compensation and your car will be given not an age-related plate but a Q-plate ...

Certainly not fake.
J 5 is owned by Britain's number one cherished numbers dealer. He is the chap that runs www.pl4tes.co.uk
A very well connected guy apparently. Not someone to mess with:D.
The Porsche Cayenne with J 5 is registered in Jersey and is not the same one. Very confusing to have two numbers looking the same though.
When I was last in Jersey, I saw a Porsche with J 911 and a woman driving J 111, doctored to look like JILL.

Further to the Jersey plates.
I saw a silver Mercedes-McLaren SLR today with the number J 11.
