cigar lighter not working

the cigar lighter on my 51 plate c220 has not worked since a got it , i want to use a sat nav but cant get power . it may be a fuse but i dont have a diagram can anyone help please

Hello and welcome,

It is in the fuse box in the engine bay drivers side next to the brake servo/ master cylinder.

I cant remember which number, but it is a blue 15amp at the back nearest windscreen about third along from the right!!!

Have a look with a torch and you will see.

The fuse diagram should be behind the cover on the side of the dash next to the light switch
