CL500 'Summer Opening' misbehaving

A long press on the 'Open' button on the remote key should open the windows and sunroof and also start the seat ventilation. It never does.

However, when using Keyless Go entry, sometimes the above things happen when touching the door handle to unlock. Strangely, this isn't supposed to happen with Keyless entry. It doesn't happen all the time but is getting more frequent.

Any ideas? Thanks.

It could be a second press on the remote to operate the convenience items.

Many have problems with this.

It should not do this with keyless go,not easy to know why
