Cl63 gremlins

i am about to purchase a particular cl63.
The car has a couple of problems that I want advice on before I commit to purchasing it, and will seek to get a reduction in price because of these.

1. The rear drivers side window doesn’t work. I have done some research and believe it could be the control module, is this the worst case possible? Has anyone experienced this? And a rough cost if so?

2. The auto boot close doesn’t work when the button is pressed, not sure if related but the boot lid closest to the window sits a few millimetres too high, is this a symptom of worn hinges? Out of adjustment? Etc

Personally having owned a CL of that era , i would not buy one with any faults , just asking for trouble

The rear window is probably the door control module but until it goes on a diagnostic reader like Star/Xentry you'll only be guessing.
I'd be getting the vendor to sort the issues ahead of purchase.

They don't sound like significant problems to me. I'd ask a reliable indy to inspect it.
