CLC Panoramic roof grease

I have a CLC here with a very slow and stiff roof. Looks like it hasn't been lubricated ever.

What sort of grease is recommended for sunroofs?

Try lithium spray grease. The likes of Halfords sell it. WD40 do a version of it too

How about silicone grease the kind used on caliper slide pins and is rubber safe. thats what my indy said as he reckoned all others attack rubber. any thoughts? I know the BMW sell a tube labelled sunroof lubricant, any such from Mercedes?

There is indeed an MB version but I believe it’s lithium?
Nothing wrong with silicone either I don’t think

Krytox was what I was told for rubber seals.

Yip for the rubber but the metal sliders lithium works well
