Clean fuel filter displayed after changing it

Hi,

Purchased a E 220 d 2016 Se Premium Plus.

Friday dashboard was displaying 'Clean Fuel Filter', purchased fuel filter from MB, had a local garage fit. Drove 60 miles yesterday all good. Got in car today switched engine on, same message displayed - 'Clean Fuel Filter' .

Has any one else seen this ?
Any ideas as to why this may be happening ?

This one is a bit strange in that, the 'Clean Fuel Filter', is not displayed anymore..... not sure why is displayed and then stops being displayed....

Sometimes a fault warning on the dash disappears after a few ignition cycles when the fault has been fixed .
