Clicking on driver side engine where the wires are

I recently just bought a 2019 C63s and I never noticed or it is new that under the hood on the driver side next to engine there is two tubes with wires where it is making a clicking noise when the car is just sitting without moving or anything/ I’m not sure what part this is or why it happen but I know where the noise is coming from. I’m trying to figure out if this is normal or not and what this part actually is? Any help please , here is the spot it’s coming from. It is where the wires are Nd it’s making a ticking noise.
