Hi all,

After my 2001 clk coupe had been idle for last couple of months I have a few of annoying electrical problems listed below... not sure if it could be down to fact that the battery may have been too low in voltage for his particular model but the battery has since been replaced and still problems persist..perhaps due to previous battery messing up consumers.

* indicators flashing rapidly (bulbs all sound,failed MOT on this alone)
* no power to radio
* windows not closing fully (ear frostbite :D)

(I know how to manually reset the windows, done this before, 10 sec holding switch when window fully up and fully down but still no good..it just comes down couple of inches everytime after it reaches the top)

Thank you for reading

Take care

On the window fault the door controller needs re setting on STAR it loses count of the motor, if this fails, then a new modified controller needed

I forgot to add that if the window is too tight in the runners, then the window will think that something is in the way and drop for safety reasons. Silicon or PTFE is good for this
