CLK 240 2004 door speakers

My door speakers (rear ones) seem to be blown. Can anyone recommend a good replacement pair which will not need new connectors etc. I see a few on Amazon etc.

And.. how do I get the door card off to get to the speakers ...without damaging it

Unfortunately there are no direct replacements. One of the easier options is to buy some 6.5” speakers of your choice, an adapter to fit it and a cable adapter to connect it.
