CLK CD changer retrofit

Can anyone please tell me how on earth I go about this on my D2B '02 CLK W209.

At the moment I have managed to remove the COMAND no problem and have noticed that the fibre port is already taken. I assume that this is for the phone, so I need to know either how to introduce a new device onto the fibre ring, or the relevant place to look for the CD changer pre-wire if it indeed exists ?

I've searched literally all over the forums for this and there seems to be no info on how to retrofit a CD changer to a W209 that has an existing d2b device on it.

Yeah - I've had a good read through there is nothing on there that is specific to the D2B CLK W209. Thanks anyway...
