CLK Convertible - Seals

I have had my 10 year old A209 for about 4 months. I appreciate that a car of that age will squeak a bit on bumps.
I must confess that about 6 years ago I had a VW Eos. A big discussion within the online Eos groups was the issue of roof noise due to the complicated folding roof. The solution was to use a special oil called KRYTOX to lubricate the seals.
Has anyone used this on a CLK?

PS the good news is after 4 months the Eos was stolen and I replaced it with an Audi A3 convertible. Better than the Eos but not nearly as nice as the CLK.

Before spending loads of dosh on Krytox I'd give Gummipflege a try, it's what I use on the 968 cab and the C220 seals and seems to do a decent job at about 1/4 the price of Krytox. Bought mine on the Evilbay from a supplier in Ireland:

Gummi pledge is good on all the rubber seals, they stay slippery for a long time.

The big improvement is the silence, party due to the roof closing tighter.
