CLK-how many seatbelts?

Hi All
A quick question-how many rear seatbelts is the CLK coupe fitted with? (both current and say up to 4 years old)
My Wife has the option of buying a car for work and fancies a CLK, but it must be a five seater according to the company rules. (No idea why !)

pretty sure its 4. Only 2 seats in the back.

Plenty of confirmation above - 4 seats, 4 belts.
Plus, as far as I am aware, you cannot get insurance for 5 people from anywhere. I tried when my 54 plate (W209) was new, thinking about fitting a bolster seat in the middle,but it was a firm 'Niet'. I'm fairly sure the previous car followed the same principle.
