I got one in December and it was doing this as well. The problem was a little bit of tracking (not expensive at all) and because the front tyres had been at the wrong pressure, the tyres had worn v unevenly ( i saw this on the ramp when was getting tracking done) and as the tyres were close, i got new ones and made sure they were properly pressurized and it is now totally straight

Ther has been a lot of talk about Mercs pulling to the left. Yes they can be a bit road camber sensitive, as anything with fat tyres can be, but no it shouldn't pull. Careful tracking usually resolves it. 3 mercs and 100k+ and I've never suffered from this so you shouldn't either.

Dealers keep saying 'normal' when something it a bit tricky.

They are totally making excuses.
Its the tracking that needs correcting, this goes out a bit if you drive over alot of potholes etc etc

Pulling to the left

This is a well-discussed topic on this forum & others

If the car pulls to the left on a stretch of flat tarmac then the geometry may be wrong and/or the tyres worn conically

The heart of the problem is that no UK roads are flat - they all have quite a pronounced crown - and Mercedes tend to follow the road camber

If you can drive down a dual-carriageway and straddle the centre white line you may find the car doesn't pull at all. In that case it's OK. If it pulls all the tie then check tyres & alignment. But it's not too much of an exaggeration to say "They all do that, mate!"
