Alot of clks don't seem to have adjustable lumber.
My question is the standard seat supportive like the seats on a c32?I found the c32 seat to support my lower back but a standard c class didn't if felt like a void behind me.
Thanks

2002 SL500, 216 CL500, all fully loaded
A big problem on many MB seats hence I always have the comfort seats.

You could probably fit the bladders to an existing seat but it is the pump and switching thats harder

Hi,
Ortho seats were available as an option on the 208 CLK, standard I think on the AMG model, so they could be retro fitted, but as Malcolm has said the problem comes supplying the air though this could be achieved by sourcing the correct pump.
I have seen the ortho function on various models, normally on both front seats but can only be on the drivers. The option becomes more common on the higher end bigger engine models of the range.

The answer to your question is no. The standard 208 CLK seat will not be as comfortable for you as the C32 you used to own (and incidentally, your brother continues to enjoy and pamper). You are welcome to drop by anytime to try my CLK on for size, but it will only confirm what you already suspect.
As the others have mentioned, the orthopaedic seat option is what you really seek. Standard on the 55 AMG... Go on - it's what you really want, isn't it??

You have a clk as well now??
What I really want is my c32 back, but big brother is rather attached I feel.
You have a spare one, maybe that:rolleyes:

My wife has had a CLK for years. The current is, in fact, the third we have owned.

Probably keeping the C32 for a bit longer - I don't like the C63 enough to want a change yet...
