CLK W208 Windscreen trim

You know the bit of trim over the windscreen on the clk where are the bolts for that hidden? Under the panel inside? Mines come lose somehow and I think it just needs to be screwed back...

the one left and right of windscreen on a coupe ill try get a photo if that makes it easier? I took internal trim off and could not locate the screws!? :/

Its the bit i posted up before about the seal not making contact, the reason as I found out today going down the M4 is the fact its lose! and almost came off...

got it, i assume if i pull off the old rubber seal i can re attach it? just want to know before i go out and fix now

As it says you may need to replace any damaged clips or seals, is it possible that just the clips are broken, this is allowing it to not press down on the rubber seal

Malcolm you are a legend! If it was not for the fact the wife had the camera I would have taken photos of the job in hand.

Putting the rubber back on was a pain until I re-read the instructions ;)

Turns out there was a missing screw in the first step and a missing washer at the top, replaced them with bits I had in the shed and job done!
