The drivers window on my CLK convertible when fully up is catching on the rubber seal along the bottom of the roof when you close the door. This makes the door very hard to close. The window appears to be going up about 5mm higher than the passenger one. I assume you can adjust how high the window will go by taking off the door liner. Is there anything I need to know before I do this. Don't want to blow the side air bag!!!

First try a reset, open the window with door closed, close the window and hold down the switch for more than 5 sec's. that should reset it.

Thanks for the advice. That sounds a lot easier than dismantling the door. I'll try it this evening and let you know how I get on.
