clk320 Headlight adjuster switch

Hi can anyone help?
Went to adjust my headlight position and the switch fell back into the panel its fitted to. How can i remove this panel to re-fit the switch? Does it just pull off. :confused:

I would have said that you just remove the card panel under the dash and push it back in.
