Hey,

the CAN system showed an error saying that it can't contact unit A1. Also - voltage supply of circuit 87 has undervoltage.

Does anyone know where the A1 is, and the circuit 87?

A1 is your instrument cluster. (right in front of you with all the dials on it)

The circuit 87 is a live circuit (12V). This fault you have logged I would not worry about. They always come up with that.

Fair enough, but then I'm slightly lost with this - everything seems to be working perfectly fine there, why does it bring up an error on A1? The problems I have are with the passenger door - when the engine is running, the electrics don't work (window, seat, mirror functions). Any idea where the box for these is (fuses etc.)?

There are fuse boxes behind the pannels on the dash at the sides. triangle shaped. the one on the drivers side should have a fuse chart with it, and i belive the door control module fuses are in this fuse box.
Doesnt sound like a fuse fault to me as if it was blown it wouldnt work engine off or on.
Are you sure the link isnt with the door open or closed. this may point two a broken wire in the door connection.

Thanks, I'll have a look at the box - but the electrics don't work when engine running and door open either, only when engine off.

Could be a water issue, this coincides with the rain
