 Hi everyone my name is Allan, can I just say hello to everybody and introduce myselfas a new member.
Can anyone tell me how to get my clock to showw the correct time. According to my owners manual I can not alter the time as it has sat nav fitted and is radio controlled, but the clock shows 2.5 mins slow. My car is an S320 CDI it would be great if someone could help. (little things niggle me)

Welcome to the club. I have the same car and you are right, the clock sets itself. However I have noticed that sometimes it can be out by a minute or so. I could not find a way to set the precise time.

Is it radio controlled or rds controlled?
I have noticed that only certain radio stations transmit a time signal. I have a Denon radio at home that works this way and I can only reliably set the clock if it's tuned to radio 2. Even then it takes a few minutes.
Oddly the radio in the Merc is always spot on and I normally listen to radio 2 in the car .....

crikey ! this could be a real test of Allan's ability to put up with little niggles.

my clock would have to be several hours out before I'd be tempted to listen to that t**t !

I can't remember how you do it but I do recall mine was not changing on summertime. Went to dealer and they pressed the various buttons on COMAND and somewhere some choices came up. It then reset itself. Very accurately too.
