Cls 2012 ambient lights

hello my ambient lights do not work and I have no position in the settings. does anyone know what the reason may be.

I have a cls from 2012 3.0 diesel engine.

I assume you have checked the switches in the roof consol

yes all. I check the light settings and I do not have the ambient light as if someone was muted or removed, I checked the door leds are off
