Hi guys if someone could help me pls, I have a Mercedes Benz a180 dci 2013 model. All of a sudden on the dash board some lights started flickering and the volume up and down buttons on the steering wheel also stopped working

You've got an electrical fault obviously. Could be a faulty earth or damaged connection. I'd be looking to get an investigation by a local independent MB garage or auto electrician. Diagnosis can be difficult without the appropriate testing gear.
