the 124 I really wanted has just been offered to me, only bought the 190 because I was told the 124 wasn't gonna be for sale for ages, this 190 might be up for sale soon........
Deal done on the 124 coupe, hand shaken and now I have a 201 for sale......
Onwards and upwards the best way to go, you deserve it Colin.
Do not forget the the bottom swivels fall off on a 124 just as easily as on the 201

I parked next to this today. I'd like to say I spent ages drooling over it, but I was whisked away all to quickly by my impatient lift, who claimed to have been waiting ages in the boiling sun...
If it is a keeper Colin, I would suggest taking front and rear screens out, treat any rust. I done ours six years ago. Hope this helps

Would another build thread be wanted alto I haven't finished this one????
The 124 is a far better bodied car than the 201, no rust and the underside is like a 5 year car so a lot more easier build..........

Don't no tyre size, haven't looked, car at work at mo,
The arches are painted first with rust killer, then smoothrite, then stone chip, two pack clear over the top......
