Comand screen stopped working S212

Any suggestions on why the comand screen would stop working on my facelift 2013 S212 E350?
The steering wheel buttons work okay, but the screen never turns on, even for reversing.
I checked fuse no.11 in the engine bay and it was ok.
Checked Xentry and it says there is some communication problem with comand.

This happened again but unfortunatly resetting the fuse didn't fix the issue ( the fuse wasn't blown ).
I tried to scan the car with xentry but the usb port on the dongle broke so waiting for a new dongle ....

I have had a few head units that fail causing no coms. Usually cheaper to just replace with a good used unit+program
