Ok my satnav thinks it's in Germany even though I'm in the UK there's no slots for an sd card to update maps I've reset the whole system 4 times and it's still in Germany not showing uk maps any idea what's going on please

There will be a map update option, obviously, but has it just started doing this?

Sounds like a failed antenna.

Yes definitely a failed antenna. Had this problem on my W213, had a used car warranty at the time, so got replaced free of charge.
