Command not allowing radio, cd, voice commands to work

Hi our car C220 estate 2015, has developed a fault with the command unit, it works for maybe 5 mins then stops and displays device not available, if you hold in the cd eject button it resets it for another 5 mins, does anyone know how to rectify the fault please
