Command problem

Further to an earlier post, I think my command has finally given up, it will not read any CD be it music or otherwise, managed to find a way into the service menu to see if I could reset system but no options for this, found lots of errors in error log but no way of deleting them.
So my question is does anyone know of a company (prefer in Surrey) that repair command systems for a not too mortgage like cost or failing that does anyone know if you can fit an aftermarket unit with slide out screen and still retain the use of the steering wheel buttons.
Any advice would be very much appreciated, I would prefer to try and retain the command but not at any cost.

Thanks for that, i have rung him, very helpful, just got to decide whether to spend that much on something that does not used that much.

Malcolm do you know any comapnaies that can do this, I did find one on Google that will replace drive but they are in Norfolk.
