Command/Sat Nav not working

Hi guys, I recently posted a thread regarding the command/sat nav unit freezing. I was advised to reset the unit by pulling out the appropriate fuse, which worked. The only problem now is that after a few days the same problem occurs until I reset it. Does anyone know why this I happening? any advice would be much appreciated. Thanks.

NTG2 or NTG2.5 depending on the year. Whichever it is the unit may have a fault.
