Do we have any on the site? Please feel free to move to any more appropiate section if need be.

Latest XP Update caused machine to run very slow, solved most of that but can't print from the web. All that prints is lines of machine code. Did a full uninstall reinstall on the printer no change. I cant find anything on the MS site, that does not mean it's not there.
Help please.

Ive seen this before, you will need to download the latest driver from the printers web site, remove the printer first, deinstall drivers etc and then reinstall.

I did not have this problem on XP but when the service pack came along for Vista my dial up connections were all incompatible.

The MS help line is very good, just tell them your problems
