just wondering how long before the insurance company's will keep covering this "Human error", Yes i have done the same thing but i knew straight away what i had done, lucky for me i was in the workshops then and just had the car recovered and did it myself, but if the insurance company's keep seeing this it make me think they will start to find a way of putting some clause on the policy's, can see it coming!!!

If the fuel was contaminated the that is down the the filling station, or company. Get on the phone and make some noise!!

If you have put the wrong type of fuel in then thats your fault as i am sure you know, and as cole says, drain and new filter and all will be well.

thats because of what was in the fuel malc, forgotten now what it was!! if the car isnt run then no probs at all, if the car is run them some dealers will change everything like the fuel rail, high/low press pump, filter, injectors and even heard of a tank change, dont know how true that bit is but still!, other dealers just drain out and new filter!!

The tesco Bad fuel was silicone which was mixed in and fouled up the O2 sensors.

We are not sure what this guys problem is as far as i can make out, is it

Bad fuel
or incorrect fuel?
