Hello There, I have only just purchased this car. I has been standing all over winter and some time before that. As soon as i put it in drive or reverse the alarm starts. I have tried hooking back the pedal but that didn't stop it. with the engine off i operated the footbrake and it locks on ok and stops the car moving forward and when I release the brake then the car goes forward. can someone tell if there is a switch or sensor attached to the brake and where it is.
