W202 c230 kompressor
Hi all,
I'm new here,
Trust all is well.
I have a w202 c230 kompressor which has a coolant leak between the alternator and block, is quite a steady leak, as soon as I fill water it just starts leaking all out again, doesnt matter if the car is started or not. Any ideas as to what may be the problem?
Regards

Welcome. It must be quite bad if it leaks without starting the engine. You'll need to have a good look with a torch to see where the leak is, or get a garage to. It could be a hose if you're lucky. If you're unlucky it might be the head gasket or even the block but hopefully not. Is the oil OK when you dip it? If it has water in it or is a grey emulsified mess this points towards the head gasket. Good luck.

Sounds like it may be a failed core plug in the block.
