Couple of beeps on start up

Hi All

Just curious about this really, as it doesn’t seem to be an issue, but every so often when I start the SLK it beeps twice. It doesn’t do this all the time, it’s not to do with low fuel or such so just curious as to what it might be. As I say doesn’t seem to affect the performance or the start-up. Occasionally the yellow BAS/ASP light stays on for a few more seconds than usual but goes away.

Any ideas? Hopefully not a sign of anything?

Fun fact - the introduction of the characters was in 1949 in a cartoon named "Fast and Furry-ous"

Hah!! Was a bit slow off the mark there with the coyote thing!

Good call possibly on the service, as it is due one and also the battery is due for replacement too. Will keep an eye on it and see what happens. Thanks for all the replies
