Crank no start

I wonder if anyone can help my 2002 sprinter 313 lwb 2.2 cdi passed mot stopped in shop on way home and when I went to start it it turned over slow but started got it home then starter failed got a second hand one then come up start error had immobiliser bypassed and just starts for a second and cuts out bought another ecu immobiliser box and key crank sensor cam sensor reconditioned injectors new filter continuity tested injector wires cleaned all earths and still starts and cuts out put noid light in and flashes 3 times and won’t flash again until ignition is turned off an try again every one who have looked at it is stumped please help
