Credit where its due: Part 2

I collected my car from MB Bedford today after nearly three weeks. Car had been booked at their bodyshop to take care of rust on all four wheel arches and some on the doors.
Two front wings replaced and all rust removed and resprayed. Courtesy car (A150), car valeted and polished.
I am really pleased with the way the bodyshop handled the issue. No hassles or headaches and a real pleasure to deal with. Makes such a change from the dealers I have had to deal with.
A big thumbs up for Stefano, Jeanette and Oliver at MB Bedford for restoring my faith in MB service.

No bill. Work was carried out as goodwill gesture by MB. The car is just over 5 years.

very good! did you have to fight to get the work done? there again at 5 years old I'd be pretty shocked - my 98 ford hasn't suffered any body rot yet!

No questions asked. Car was inspected and approved within a few weeks. Considering the difficulties other members are experiencing with the dealers, I was very impressed with the way my claim was handled.
