Dab Radio/Bluetooth

Can any member please tell if I can get Dab radio on my S320cdi on 53 plate without costing crazy money.Also if there is a cheap way of using Bluetooth using all the functions of the command system.Any advice,phone numbers would be much appreciated.Thanks in advance.

Any MB retro is silly money, there are a few made for cars, but the hardest thing is joining up to the car antenna where it would need a split amplifier box
