Dab reception

Hey people

Need advice got a erisin stereo non exsistant radio reception so I got a dab box connects via USB to the head unit.

The reception keeps dropping out no matter what I do. Is there a better quality dab box that anyone can recommend???

More likely antenna is the issue than the receiver

Does your car have an aerial amplifier that needs power from the radio, maybe you forgot to connect it. Where do you live? DAB reception is quite variable.

check routing of noisy devices and cables....

many find nasty 12v cigarette adapters for phone chargers, dash cams etc. are a big cause of the fun
and as others beat me to it, many aftermarket DAB antennas need what they stupidly call a phantom feed.... (they mean a real power feed - there's not much fake about it) to push power up the Ariel wire to feed an amplifier that's part of / in the aftermarket antenna
