Dash lights

Hi I am a new member wonder if anyone can help I have a 190e 1987 model and my dashboard and heater control lights are not working I have checked all fuses even the one on the back of the instrument cluster and have replaced the dimmer control unit and all the bulbs to no avail

The first thing you need a multi meter to see if you have 12 volts coming up up the fuse holder
