Hi All,

My Dash has displayed that my windscreen washer fluid needs topping up. I have done so yet it still bleeps at me to refill - is there a reset procedure for this or am I going to have to put up with it till next time I can get the system reset?

Car is a W210 E Class.

Cheers,
SteveyT.

210 e class and 202 c class very similar wiring wise when this happened to my c230k i replaced the washer fluid level switch, and it was still on.
The MB partsman said try replacing the header tank level switch doubting him but at loss to try something else i replaced it and low and behold light extinguished.
Apperently this is quite well known as the two switches are wired together in some way.
Try it, header tank level switch very cheap and a DIY job to fit too.

Thanks for that. Funnily enough the system reset itself after 3 or 4 start ups...

Ah well, at least it's sorted :D
