Daytime running lights in/op on 2001 CLK320

Morning, I have the above car and the drl lights are not working, is the common problem the headlight switch or something else?

DRL's weren't standard on 2001 MB's (in the UK)
Have you some aftermarket DRL's or in a different location?

I am in Canada and they were working at 1 time

I’d check for voltage at the lights, they’re low down and pick up a lot of crud. Corrosion on the contacts is common on your era Mercedes
