Hi folks,
Car has been sitting a while, and after changing my glow plugs yesterday, battery is dead. Tried "jump starting" with another car but starter hardly turned. Charged battery overnight but although starter turns normally, it won't start or sound as though it wants to start. During the glow plug re-fit, I managed to break one of the plastic pipes that go into the top of the fuel filter. I replaced this when I had the manifold off, but does the fuel system need to be "primed" in any way?
Have I missed something while changing the plugs or is there a set way to reset electrics after changing my battery?
