Dead Battery

Hi
Can anyone suggest the best battery for a W210(E220cdi), my battery has decided without any warning to just die. I can jump start which starts the car right away, But even after a fairly long journey approx 70 miles as soon as i stop the car and switch off the battery is dead .I am sure this is just the battery, i will be looking for a new one in the morning ,just wondering what is the best to look for ..

Hi Jimmy, any good make, Bosch,Varta, Banner,Lucas,Exide. if you have place like Costco or Macro near you its hard to beat there prices


Your fault is a dead cell battery problem

It may be worth you comparing the prices from your dealer as well. My local was spot on with the price, and it has a better Ah rating than the local motorfactors could get for the price.

They seem to have closed this hole in the market and do a good service
