Yes I did some research after I asked you the question and found that it is Spark...and it really does look amazing from that picture.
It seems that this particular model (S8515) has not been officially released in the UK yet but is virtually sold out on pre orders.
The place where I have bought most of my F1 models is not taking any more orders for it at their launch price of £67.99.
I have seen at least one unscrupulous ebay seller asking £169 for it.

It's such a man thing isn't it. Ever since I have known Keith he's been collecting one thing or another and we've gone from little cars like the ones in the OP, to trucks, lead toys, train sets in various gauges, but right now we just have this small collection. The only one I like is the Flying Scotsman, the rest I am clueless about
