I would have thought that a BOSCH agent with the appropriate analytical equipment would be able to check the injection system. Its probably worth asking around at one or two local garages to find the best.
The link details tuning equipment that is available to garages for purchase, it might be worth e-mailing them to find out if they have supplied equipment in your area. Also light commercial outfits will have experience nowadays of the CDi systems.
