Diesel leak on a w639 Vito

Hi all . I have recently had the dreaded black death issue on my 2009 Vito 111 , managed to change all the injector seals after a bit of a fight with number 4 . Had to replace the leak off pipe due to the fitting breaking with the excess tar material that had been produced . Have fit a replacement pattern part pipe but can't get it to seal . Van will drive fine for about a mile or so then pipe will come loose on injector return and van will airlock and leak diesel at this pipe . Any ideas ? The pipe is the type that push on to the injector then you push the retaining clip down (I think it is called a piezo type ) Regards Ian

Your mistake is using pattern parts, they are mostly rubbish. you need to use OE Mercedes parts , do not buy off fleabay either, Call MB Grangemouth, they do discount for forum members and you’ll get parts that actually work.
