Hi
I'm not that technical so here goes. I've got a 2011 4door C250. Recently the clock on the display screen has completely dissappeared. The time select is greyed out. The clock on the speedo shows the last time the car was used. It only updates when you get in drive for a minute, it shows the updated time but then freezes at that point.
I've used the engineering mode which displays a working and accurate clock, but that's about it, everything else is working properly, it's just so annoying, Has anyone got any ideas??
Much appreciated
Rob

Did you end up finding a fix for this? Currently got the same issue on a 2009 W207 E350 CDI (NTG4 COMAND)

Check the voltage on both main battery and the auxiliary one if you have stop/start.
Low voltage causes lots of spurious issues on Mercedes, resolved with a fully charged battery.

The clock magically appeared one day after leaving the car stationary.

When I had my W204, the clock wouldn't show up on the stereo unless ignition was on, possibly due to the CANbus not being fully "awake". I'm wondering if on my W207, turning the stereo on by itself and then putting the ignition on makes it not fully "refresh" the network, but leaving the car to fully shut down for 7 hours then putting the key back in makes it function absolutely fine.

Weird.
