Hi Frank! I’m hoping this will cure my intermittent turbo loss (epic on lockdown).

So I just read you need to disconnect her transducer as well for it to remain closed?

Now my indie says he can egr delete with his computer system. Will this be the same as this post?

Noman on earth can do EGR delete on the w210 or on the s210 what so ever! But if You do this type of bypass then You will never have any issue ever till the car is running! No need neither possible delete the egr on the computer system!

Noman on earth can do EGR delete on the w210 or on the s210 what so ever! But if You do this type of bypass then You will never have any issue ever till the car is running! No need neither possible delete the egr on the computer system!

Ok so I'm getting my circuit together.

However, I don't understand where I connect it too? I know the maf, egr and 12v but where on the cable? So confused. Ive read and read these posts again and again an still don't get it. Sorry.

i did the 210 320cdi today.

connections were...
MAF sensor signal wire = pin24 connector no.4 yellow/white
EGR vacuum transducer power supply = pin37 connector no.3 red/black
EGR vacuum transducer switched earth = pin50 connector no.3 grey/black

before mod, at idle maf sensor voltage = 2.28 egr closed / 2.02 egr open
after mod, at idle modified maf sensor voltage = 2.28 'egr closed' / 2.00 'egr open'

the car drives well and logs no faults, all in all seems to work very well indeed.

Do you have to cut all these wires and then connect the mod to the wires going to ecu?


Or do you just peel back the insulation at the wires and install/solder the shunt to dedicated locations?

I did an EGR delete on my E320cdi w210...have I missed something?
