distributor fuel filter w124 m103 engine

Hi any one have any information on the M103 fuel distributor for the - in line fuel filter. I dont know if i have one in my fuel distributor or not, without removing it ..

After 2 years i am Still waiting for a reply on this one so can any one come up with information ?...Do they have a filter fitted on the M103 injection distributor unit . Or not ..
