Hi
I have just noticed on my 89 190D that the indicators sometimes stop flashing and illuminate without blinking.
Could it be a faulty bulb casuing this but then again they normally flash faster with a blown bulb.
Thanks
James

It sounds more like a faulty flasher unit, as you say a faulty buld make it flash faster.

Hi Malcolm
Where is the flasher unit located?
I was not sure if the unit used a relay which may have blown.
Thanks
James

Any update on this guys...

I'm having the same problem. My 190E nearside indicators are permantently on (even when the ignition is off). they don't flash when indicating left (the offside are still working fine).

Kind regards

Adam
